    Description

    Full-time Major Account Manager Position


    A full-time permanent position as a Major Account Manager within a well-established company located in the eastern suburbs of Perth. Seeking candidates with experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or Sales Account Manager interested in visiting clients, maintaining and building relationships, and growing the business. Forklift industry experience required.

    Salary Guide: OTE $150,000pa Eastern Perth suburbs

    Responsibilities:

    1. Selling forklifts through traveling to businesses
    2. Preparing pricing recommendations and cost evaluations
    3. Addressing complaints regarding quality, delivery, or services
    4. Providing technical aid to customers, recommending replacements
    5. Analyzing sales and market trends, preparing forecasts and sales activity reports
    6. Implementing and achieving annual business plan with the National Sales Manager
    7. Communicating closely with the National Sales Manager
    8. Establishing and growing the major account portfolio
    9. Supervising the tender process and agreements with customers

    Requirements:

    • 4-5 years of Forklift or MHE industry experience
    • Qualification in sales or marketing
    • Experience in growing sales and customer base
    • Successful track record of sales in previous positions
    • Past experience in sales and account management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of computer literacy
