Account Manager |Perth, WA**:

Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the mining industry, serving as the primary point of contact for all accountrelated inquiries and issues.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, including upselling additional products or services and negotiating contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, including sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to conduct meetings, perform site visits, and participate in industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles within the mining industry, with a strong understanding of mining operations and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisionmaking and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
