About the Administrative Division


Administrative Division supports the governance and operations of the University, including planning and quality, facilities and services for students and staff.

The Administrative Division is led by the Vice-President (Administration) and University Registrar.

What you need to succeed

You will demonstrate:

Selection Criteria

  • Education, training and/or relevant end to end payroll processing experience, equivalent to the completion of a degree.
  • Proven ability and knowledge to maintain, uphold, keep updated and understand all legislative and QUT Enterprise Agreement requirements relating to Payroll Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to enter data with a high degree of accuracy for fortnightly processing on a large, complex HR/Payroll system
  • Demonstrated experience in client focused service environment, with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport, manage collaborative working relationships and engage with diverse client groups.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, multi-task with limited supervision in a high pressure and time sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrated record of problem solving complex customer service issues with a high level of attention to detail.
