Your new role

Due to ongoing business growth and significant market opportunities, we're on the lookout for a switched-on 'go-getter' to join the legendary internal sales team at Seadan Mt Waverley.


In this dynamic outbound sales position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, both active and inactive.
  • Drive effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Follow up on opportunities and close sales whilst experiencing the personal and professional growth that comes with it.
  • Call existing customers to follow up on quotes and introduce them to new promotions.
  • Become an integral part of our business through selling some of the bestknown brands in our industry and working across our range of exceptionally managed client businesses.
This is a full-time permanent role based in

Mount Waverley, VIC. Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • You're an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and selfconfidence you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to deliver premium customer service.
  • Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none.
  • You are experienced in Microsoft Office suite and have above average computer skills.
  • You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
