As part of our Property and Facilities team, the Property & Facilities Business Partner assists the National Property Manager by overseeing lease administration for the BBA property portfolio, provision of project management leadership for new premises fit outs, refurbishments and relocations and review and implementation of BBA's security infrastructure.

Description:

Reporting to the National Property Manager you will:
Assist with liaison with State Managers, Executive team and other internal and external stakeholders
Manage BBA portfolio leases, including rent payments, sublease payments, renewals, outgoings, and property expenses
Assist in negotiating leases, budgeting and rent reviews for BBA portfolio leased sites
Manage tasks across security, new and existing premises, contractor and asset management.

Skills and Experiences:

You will need to:

Provide sound strategic leadership and provide risk culture to the department, along with strong and regular stakeholder engagement
Be responsible for managing and delivering projects within the agreed time, cost, quality, scope and within risk appetite to customer/stakeholder expectations
Manage interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
Review, control and manage BBA's security system infrastructure and operational processes
Coordinate evacuation procedures and conduct annual fire evacuation procedures
Preparation and maintenance of Property, Facilities and Maintenance budgets
Work with and assist other Property & Facilities Business Partners as needed.
