Report to End User Services Manager - Port Melb - Parking onsite

The 2nd Level Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing escalation support to all employees, delivering process improvement changes & supporting Office 365 administration duties.


  • Provide secondlevel support including logging and handling of ICT incidents and service requests, using ITSM tool ServiceNow.
  • Design, test & release identified process improvement changes with supporting documentation & training where applicable
  • Help maintain multiple Office 365/Azure AD environments (licensing, admin role reviews, security settings etc.
  • Assist in initial SharePoint configurations and security
  • Assist in packaging software for deployment via Endpoint Manager and other 3rd party deployment tools
  • Create and update Conditional Access policies to keep up with business requirements.

Required Skills:


  • You will have experience working in a Level 2 role with a large matrix organisation.
  • Experience in a Microsoft Office 365 environment
  • Experience with Azure AD
  • Experience with Intune for Windows (Endpoint Manager)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
