This is the tech stack

  • Virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Cyber Security and its impact upon the business
  • Installation & Setup of NBN, Fibre, and ADSL Devices
  • Network Printers and Scanners
  • VoIP Setup
  • General Router / Network management with experience in port forwarding/security/VPN

Desirable experience

  • Experience at a Managed Service Provider
  • ITIL processes and procedures
  • Relevant technical certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)

What you'll be doing.

  • Manage and support a range of clients and their operating environments, providing both onsite and remote support
  • Perform maintenance, patching and upgrades on operating systems to ensure uptime
  • Ensure incidents are effectively managed and root cause solutions implemented
