- Virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
- Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Cyber Security and its impact upon the business
- Installation & Setup of NBN, Fibre, and ADSL Devices
- Network Printers and Scanners
- VoIP Setup
- General Router / Network management with experience in port forwarding/security/VPN
Desirable experience
- Experience at a Managed Service Provider
- ITIL processes and procedures
- Relevant technical certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)
What you'll be doing.
- Manage and support a range of clients and their operating environments, providing both onsite and remote support
- Perform maintenance, patching and upgrades on operating systems to ensure uptime
- Ensure incidents are effectively managed and root cause solutions implemented
