ABOUT THE ROLE
Warrikal are currently seeking an

  • Data entry of supplier invoices within the accounting system, ensuring all supplier invoices are matched to an appropriately authorised purchase order
  • Liaise with project teams and managers with regards to accurate job costing and invoicing processing cost allocation.
  • Reconciliation of creditor statements
  • Credit card reconciliations and preparation of EFT payment runs
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies
  • Coordinate and assist with the supplier onboarding process and setup of new suppliers within the system
  • Regular review of open purchase orders within the system and work with internal stakeholders to ensure purchase orders are closed in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of GL expense reconciliations for yearend accounts

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience
  • Cert IV or Diploma or above within a business, accounting, finance, or related field and Pronto experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive, problemsolving mind
  • Solutionfocused mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with our suppliers and various stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and to reach out for support when required
