    ABOUT WARRIKAL
    Warrikal is a Western Australian-owned and operated, multi-disciplined engineering company across the mining, marine and resource sectors. Since our beginnings in 2016, we've become a preferred supplier to the resources industry delivering complete turnkey solutions for disciplines including mechanical, electrical, civil, fabrication and access support solutions.

    ABOUT THE ROLE
    Due to extensive growth, we are currently seeking an HSE Advisor to join our Projects team on a FIFO 14:7 roster from Perth. The successful candidate will primarily support the leadership group on-site to ensure that HSE functions are performed and managed in accordance with legislative requirements and Warrikal's policies and procedures by:

    • Undertaking HSE duties to support the prevention of injuries.
    • Maintaining and fostering an effective working environment
    • Implementing HSE initiatives.
    • Facilitating site-based project inductions and awareness training.
    • Coaching the development of qualitative risk assessments.
    • Conducting workplace inspections.
    • Supporting compliance with hazard and materials risk management.
    • Communicating HSE expectations and requirements during pre-start and client meetings.
    • Providing immediate support for incident investigations, hazard management and follow-up on closeout actions.

    ABOUT YOU

    • Minimum Cert IV HSE or Diploma in OHS.
    • Experience in a similar capacity on Civil Projects.
    • Formal incident investigation training (TapRoot, Essential Factors or ICAM).
    • Demonstrated FIFO experience in the mining and resource sector.
    • Sound knowledge of risk management.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
