$65,000 per year plus super

The role will require, but is not limited to the following duties:

  • Controlling data management and flows between customer systems, and our proprietary in-house operations software (currently IDC) to facilitate the Field Maintenance Services for the relevant contracts.
  • Over
- seeing electronic data flows to electronic devices to the appropriate employees to ensure jobs are carried out effectively and in accordance with our Service Level Agreements.

  • Respond to, resolve, and if necessary, escalate Field Maintenance customer queries as required with the appropriate persons.
  • Monitor our KPI compliance with contracts and advise and assist operations personnel when variations in performance occur.
  • Generation of all invoicing for Field Maintenance contracts including projection of invoicing as required in conjunction with sales and operations staff.
  • Liaise with customers and effectively build relationships by providing a high level of customer service to meet and exceed the customer's expectations.
  • Provide annual leave coverage to the Services managers role.
  • Other duties as needed administratively.
  • Assistance with purchase orders for sites that includes stationary, bin washing, maintenance and services etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in a similar contracts/ administration type role preferred
  • Decision making skills and the ability to prioritise to achieve the most effective outcome.
  • Ability to use initiative to develop recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes
  • High level of both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with external parties to the business.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a structured approach.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office experience essential.
  • Strong exposure to IT system interaction issues and processes.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately.
