We are currently seeking a full-time permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

**The role
The Business Support Officer provides support across the Community Care Department.

The Community Care Department is responsible for the delivery of services to community across the life course including services for early years, young people, aged and people with a disability and carers.

Reporting to the Manager Community Care, we are seeking a Business Support Officer who can bring the following skills and experience to:

  • Provide high quality administrative support to the Department
  • Oversee and streamline key administrative processes to support the efficient and effective
- functioning of the Department

  • Support the delivery of key projects

To be considered you will have:

  • A commitment to creating a positive working environment and demonstrating a commitment to Brimbank's values and behaviours
  • Relevant qualification and experience in providing high level administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative and ability to manage time and prioritise in order to meet deadlines
