About the Role:


The role is to ensure the provision of a high-quality innovative educational program that meets the needs of children aged from birth to 6 years. The role aims to ensure the care and education program aligns with the Early Childhood Services Philosophy, Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework as well as the National Quality Standards.

Skills, experience and certificates:


  • Successful completion of Certificate 3 or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Law Act (2010), Education and Care Services National Regulations and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework
  • Awareness of the cultural needs of families
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to maintain written records and write reports relating to program goals and child development
  • Knowledge and understanding of mandatory reporting requirements
  • Anaphylaxis Certificate
  • Asthma Certificate
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate
