EL2 Director, Claims Transformation and Capability - Vacancy Details – AurionPosition :Organisation Unit :Location :Tenure :Closing :Synopsis :Overview of the team and role

The Director, Claims Transformation and Capability leads a small team established to lead and coordinate delivery of transformation and change, systems, and people capability improvements to support claims management operations.

Services are delivered through a multidisciplinary team model with 3 key streams of expertise.
The Director reports to the General Manager, Claims Management Group and may manage team members across multiple locations.

The primary responsibilities of the team are:
Managing the Claims Transformation and Change Framework, which includes Claims projects and initiatives and coordination of interdependencies with Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, enterprise business, technology and data projects
Leading large improvement projects
Developing, prioritising, planning and implementing improvements to Comcare's current claims management system in close connection with Comcare's Technology team
Managing key employee life cycle phases for the Group including workforce planning, attraction, recruitment, onboarding and capability & development
Identifying capability gaps and needs, implementing a CMG Capability plan and managing a range of training activities for the Group
Designing and delivering claims management learning products.
Qualifications/Experience

Highly

Desirable:
Experience in strategic HR and capability
Knowledge of claims management systems and business analysis for technology projects.

Desirable:
Experience in an insurance or injury compensation environment.
Security Clearance
This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
