    We are seeking a Senior Hub Spot Account Manager to join our team, focusing on nurturing client relationships and driving success through customized Hub Spot solutions.


    Job Summary:


    As a Senior Hub Spot Account Manager at Ubique Digital Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing initial discovery calls, developing proposals, and providing effective solutions to client challenges using Hub Spot.

    Your deep understanding of Hub Spot will enable you to offer strategic insights and actionable recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
    Develop comprehensive proposals that outline how Ubique Digital Solutions can address client challenges through Hub Spot's suite of tools.
    Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor on all things Hub Spot.
    Deliver customized solutions and strategies that leverage Hub Spot's full potential to meet client goals.
    Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their Hub Spot investment.
    Stay abreast of the latest Hub Spot features and updates to provide clients with innovative solutions.
    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align Hub Spot strategies with overall business objectives.
    Facilitate regular check-ins with clients to review account performance, reassess needs, and identify new opportunities.

    Qualifications:


    Proven experience as a Hub Spot Account Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering results.

    Expertise in Hub Spot's software suite, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CRM.
    Ability to understand and analyze client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
    Experience working with USA clients and understanding their market dynamics.
    Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team collaboration and communication.
