    About this role
    As an Account Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of corporate clients in Australia, focusing on retention, customer satisfaction, and driving new revenue opportunities. Acting as the main point of contact, you'll represent all veterinary-specific Vetstoria products and collaborate across departments to meet the needs of Regional Managers, Directors, and C-suite executives. Success in this fully remote role requires effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

    • Become a trusted advisor in the pet care industry, leveraging knowledge of SaaS Sales/Customer Success best practices
    • Monitor key performance metrics related to client usage and engagement with the online booking platform. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving desired outcomes at HQ and clinic levels
    • Understand corporate customers' growth goals, values, and decision-making to forecast expansion and upsells
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at both HQ and clinic levels. Understand their business needs, identify optimization opportunities, and provide proactive recommendations for maximizing the value of the online booking solution
    • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to connect with senior leaders and demonstrate the success of Vetstoria products
    • Identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services to existing clients based on their needs and usage patterns, thereby driving revenue growth
    • Champion upcoming product releases to HQ, demonstrating value and potential
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Support, and Product teams

    About You

    • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, with a focus on complex customers and maintaining relationships with Enterprise partners
    • Ability to engage with C-level Marketing and Operations executives, driving program strategy and ROI through strong presentation and negotiation skills
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas/goals for key sales metrics
    • Possesses a strategic mindset, effective listening skills, and a proactive approach
    • Willingness to travel 2-3 business days quarterly for key account visits and industry tradeshows (once fully ramped)
    • Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset and is open to input from all organizational levels
    • Data and metrics-driven, with experience analyzing markets and trends to identify opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets
    • Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for company-wide success in meeting objectives
    • Thrives in a high-growth environment, exhibiting high drive, accountability, and attention to detail
    • Experience with CRM and SaaS vertical software is required
    • Flexible and eager to support colleagues from various departments
