    What you'll do:

    As a (Junior) Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed management reports, developing accurate budgets and forecasts, conducting comprehensive financial analysis, and managing invoicing processes. You will also be instrumental in improving our data entering and reporting systems. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

    • Prepare monthly management reports including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, variance analysis ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Develop budgets and forecasts with precision and attention to detail.
    • Conduct sales, costs, payroll analysis and assist with costings.
    • Manage monthly/weekly invoicing, payment checking, and bank reconciliations.
    • Initiate improvements to data entering and reporting systems by liaising with IT consultants.
    • Work closely with external auditors on various projects.
    • Produce ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
    • Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships through effective communication.

    What you bring:

    The ideal candidate for the (Junior) Management Accountant position brings a wealth of skills and qualifications. You hold or started working towards CA/CPA/CIMA qualifications and have advanced Excel skills. With at 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, you have honed your time-management and planning skills to perfection. Your high level of computer literacy, particularly in accounting software and Excel, enables you to analyse and communicate complex financial information effectively. Above all, your positive can-do attitude will be a valuable addition to our team.

    • You have or are working on CA/CPA/CIMA qualifications.
    • Advanced Excel Skills and Experience are crucial.
    • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a similar or relevant accounting role is preferred.
    • Strong time-management and planning skills are necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Ability to analyse and communicate complex financial information effectively.
