About the role

We are seeking a Receptionist/Concierge
to work Saturday & Sunday 10am - 5pm at our
Harmony Sales Centre in the Sunshine Coast on a casual basis offering a great hourly rate.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager QLD, you will be responsible for:

Welcoming visitors and potential clients professionally
CRM Database entry ensuring that data is accurate and up to date
Maintaining the presentation of the sales centre to AVID standards
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
Opening/closing the sales office
Providing general administrative support to the Harmony Sales team
Ensuring stocks of marketing collateral and stationary are sufficiently maintained.
Collate competitor information
Providing customers with clubs etc. for the putt putt course.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a Reception/Customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to listen to customer queries/concerns
MS Office skills
Strong admin skills
Attention to detail
Can do attitude and solutions focused approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently
