We are always looking for incredible consultants to join our teams as our workforce expands geographically around Australia and New Zealand.

Our clients are across banking and finance, agriculture, entertainment, government & utilities - and growing We have a new opportunity available, and we hope you can help us.

The Change Manager must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision and direction.

_Skills:
_

Demonstrated experience in leading technology change programs across
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to understand ERPrelated changes and their impact on various departments
Change Readiness
Create compelling communication materials to articulate the benefits of ERP changes and address any concerns
Stakeholder Engagement
Leadership Alignment
Change Impact Analysis
Change Network Establishment and Management
Training Strategy, Plan and Delivery
Post Deployment Support
Supporting and acting as a coach for business leaders to fulfil and lead change
Identifying and Managing Risks and Issues arising from organisational change activities.

_Experience:
_

5+ years Business Change experience in medium to large projects.
Experience in an Emergency Services and Control operational environments.
Change management certification such as Prosci Certification.
Experience in public sector change management initiatives.
Experience with models such as Prosci, PCI or ADKAR Models.
Deep understanding of organisational change strategies.
Demonstrated understanding of how people transition through a change and the change process.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience in writing business change documentation and business process mapping
