We are currently looking for experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team.


_The Role_
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts for Seisma.

They will work closely with the Client Director to ensure that our clients and consultants receive high-quality service and that we meet their needs and expectations.

The Account Manager will also identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts and drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities
Delivery

  • Collaborate with Client Director to develop account plans and strategies
  • Assist Client Director to collaborate with internal team including Practices and Talent Acquisition to deliver projects and services
  • Assist in sales presentation and proposal preparation
Consultant Care

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants in existing accounts
  • Assist with consultants' requests and issue escalation
  • Manage consultants' expectations and ensure high levels of consultants' satisfaction
  • Understand the clients' business needs and identify opportunities for growth
Contract Administration

  • Collaborate with Operations team to ensure new Statement of Work and Statement of Work Renewal are generated in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in account management or sales focused role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer engagement skill
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver services to Client Organisations
