Responsibilities:

The Role
On behalf of our client, we require an experienced Project Administrator to work from their client's hub in Kwinana.

This role offers flexibility with either 3 days on site/2 days from home or part time (minimum 3 days per week is required).

Some of the duties assigned to this role include:

Managing on-boarding & mobilization of new hires (incl co-ordination, medical assessment appointments, client profile set up etc)
Managing visitor site visits (incl site access forms, approval, coordination)
Supporting new hires with PPE, stationary ordering / desk set up / coordination
Coordination with other department and team (e.g. IT / Safety)
Organizing team meetings and social events (at site or outside)

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the Resources sector (highly regarded)
Experience in MS Office suite of products (required)
