Hickinbotham Group, South Australia's premier residential building and development organisation with a longstanding reputation for excellence, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our high performing team in our contemporary office conveniently located near the Adelaide CBD.

Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding position include:

  • Covering for reception during high volume lunch periods
  • Answering all telephone enquiries and directing them accurately
  • Welcoming and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Organising couriers and effectively handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing outstanding customer service both in person and on the telephone
  • Administrative support
  • Working 11 am 2 pm daily. Additional hours may be required for leave coverage
The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter capable of working with mínimal supervision.

You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
