We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. You will be an "A" player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for investigating and evaluating operational needs, problems, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will cut through complexity in pursuit of pragmatic solutions.

Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding role include:

Defining the scope and business priorities for various projects with differing scale, complexity, and impact
Engaging stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
Working with external consultants and developers to effectively translate business requirements into clear and concise solutions
Conducting assessments to identify opportunities for improvements
Facilitating workshops and user interviews to gather and establish requirements
Actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that applications meet user requirements
Creating and maintaining business documentation

Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes:

Proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of three years' experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Professional presentation
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to personnel at all levels
Focused, driven and highly motivated
A positive energy with a 'can-do' attitude
Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
Ability to 'sell' the benefits of change to stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to absorb, understand and apply technical information
An ability to think outside the square
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
