    Job Summary:

    The Product Management Director at Envestnet Yodlee plays a crucial role in defining product priorities and overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.

    In this position, they are seeking candidates who grasp the evolving requirements of Open Banking and consumer-directed finance initiatives in Australia and the APAC region, collaborating directly with the Australian team to expand market coverage and manage relationships with the ACCC.


    Job Responsibilities:
    - Drive the ideation, planning, and launch of new product features for the APAC region.
    - Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and vision aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
    - Define, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap for the APAC region, planning future enhancements and coordinating end-to-end launch execution and ongoing support.
    - Establish clear goals, priorities, and expectations for project completion.
    - Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure timely implementation of releases and adherence to the set plan and scope.
    - Offer strategic leadership and mentorship within a matrixed product organization.
    - Design and document complementary business processes, effectively communicate product features to key stakeholders, including sales and customer-facing teams.
    - Maintain comprehensive product documentation and requirements on Confluence to facilitate product evaluation, development, and launch.

    - Collaborate with business analysts and closely partner with development teams, internal or external, to ensure requirements clarity and successful delivery.
    - Work closely with global teams, regional leadership, and sales associates to grasp customer needs.
    - Assist in local go-to-market strategies for product solutions, serving as a thought leader on Open Banking.
    - Evaluate market prospects, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
    - Support local governance reporting and monthly reviews.
    - Track product performance metrics throughout the product life cycle, making necessary portfolio or product strategy adjustments.

    - Adhere to Envestnet's legal, compliance, and risk protocols, ensuring business continuity compliance, and fulfilling ACCC requirements for Accredited Data Recipients.

    - Understand and uphold established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures at Envestnet.


    Required Qualifications:
    - Over 8 years of experience in software product management.
    - In-depth knowledge of the Australian Open Banking landscape and regulatory requirements.
    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
    - Experience in agile software development life cycles.
    - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    - Strong people and management abilities to engage with clients, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties, working effectively with diverse teams across functions and time zones.
