Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Kevin Grundy (IBD) Pty Ltd provides international business development solutions for clients in the medical industry.
Your Responsibility
- Organising complex international travel plans, itineraries, meetings and agendas
- Maintain calendar management, scheduling international VC's and prepare documentation for meetings including agendas
- Reconciliation of company expenses and reimbursements;
- Invoicing to international clients and maintaining accounts receivable.
- Corporate expense management and payment of invoices.
- Administering and drafting correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation;
- Provide a high level of confidential, efficient, and effective administration support.
- Possess time management skill and demonstrate initiative in system management.
Your Expertise
- A high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and OneDrive/SharePoint) and use of Calendly and Zoom.
- High level of accuracy and speed in typing from dictation (BigHand software used).
- Proficiency in use of CRM (Pipedrive preferred), basic accounting (Xero) and task management (Trello).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships while being able to work independently alongside the MD.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
