What's in it for you?


As a Pursuit Strategist in the Oceania Pursuits Team, you'll work across service lines and industries, building your knowledge and networks while working on some of the biggest deals in the firm.

You will be responsible for developing the next generation of creative story-telling techniques for the new digital world.

You will drive best practice and innovation in pursuit/bid activities across the Oceania business, along with executing go-to-market business development and marketing strategies with our account teams.


What we're looking for
Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go

  • 5+ years' experience in a sales/bid management or creative advertising/media environment
  • Knowledge of innovative technologies to tell stories in a creative and compelling way
  • Understanding of digital technologies and innovative techniques in presales and pursuits context
  • Understanding of the design and production process
  • Must have a strong personal presence and the ability to influence without authority
  • Superior MS Office suite capabilities
  • Knowledge of assurance methodologies, preferred
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, preferred

Ideally, you'll also have

  • A strong sense of flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain control, show determination, persistence, and resilience
  • Ability to be part of a committed, focused team
  • Ability to use initiative, problem solve and to make appropriate recommendations
