About the Role:

As the
Accounts & Payroll Officer , you will be responsible for recording high quality financial data in an accurate and timely manner.

You will be working across various accounts and finance functions within a dynamic, project-based engineering environment.

What will you be involved in:

Cash management, including bank reconciliations and customer receipting
Accounts receivable, including invoice distribution, debtor management, customer master creation and maintenance, and close and reconciliation procedures
High volume processing of accounts payable, ensuring correct allocation, account coding and authorisation in keeping with payment dates
Supporting the fortnightly pay run for 700+ employees

What we would like from you:

Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation
Experience with high volume accounts processing
Relevant qualifications
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent data entry and communication skills with a high attention to detail
