Immediate start - 6-month temporary position - potential to go permanent- WFH hybrid role

- Combination of team assistant / project coordination accounts payable and senior administration
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Lotus People are excited to be partnering with this multi-award-winning household name within the retail industry. Around 3 days a week in the office, joining the beautiful, energetic, and buzzing offices based near Central Station with an onsite gym and fully stocked kitchen,
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will assist the team with duties including but not limited to project coordination, accounts payable, and administration.
This is a fast-paced role and will see you managing the timesheet tracking system, and liaising with a variety of different stakeholders to ensure the timely approval of timesheets as well as reporting and reconciliations.
This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to go permanent with an immediate start.DUTIES
- Ensure contractors are set up in the relevant timesheet tracking system
- Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure the prompt submission and approval of timesheets
- Raise and track Purchase orders
- Agency and stakeholder management
- Reconciliations and reporting
- Additional adhoc duties as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience with SAP Ariba & CATS is desirable, EXCEL and system savvy
- Previous expense and invoice management experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- A keen eye for detail, and data integrity
SUMMARY
Essentially, we are looking for a senior administrator who is a great multi-tasker and has a fantastic ability to work towards deadlines.
