Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a highly-regarded global insurance business to recruit a Workers Compensation Associate to join their dynamic Sydney office

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Workers' Compensation, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on claim, injury, and policy management matters, focusing on facilitating proactive return-to-work outcomes.
The Duties
- Manage a portfolio of consulting and outsourced RTW clients.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on claim, injury, and policy management.
- Attend claim reviews, medical case conferences, and conciliation meetings as required.
- Collaborate with clients and thirdparty providers to ensure effective case management.
- Prepare monthly reports for clients and assist with client renewals.
- Review clients' internal injury management and workers' compensation policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable legal, fiscal, and regulatory obligations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to minimize workers' compensation exposures for clients.

About You
- Experience in workers compensation case management, injury management or broking required.
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation and claim management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a teamoriented approach, and a customer service focus.
- Confidence and ability to liaise at all levels
- High attention to detail
- A proactive attitude to work and ability to show initiative
