Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a highly-regarded global insurance business to recruit a Workers Compensation Associate to join their dynamic Sydney office

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Workers' Compensation, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on claim, injury, and policy management matters, focusing on facilitating proactive return-to-work outcomes.

The Duties

Manage a portfolio of consulting and outsourced RTW clients.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on claim, injury, and policy management.
Attend claim reviews, medical case conferences, and conciliation meetings as required.
Collaborate with clients and thirdparty providers to ensure effective case management.
Prepare monthly reports for clients and assist with client renewals.
Review clients' internal injury management and workers' compensation policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with all applicable legal, fiscal, and regulatory obligations.
Liaise with stakeholders to minimize workers' compensation exposures for clients.

About You

Experience in workers compensation case management, injury management or broking required.
Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation and claim management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a teamoriented approach, and a customer service focus.
Confidence and ability to liaise at all levels
High attention to detail
A proactive attitude to work and ability to show initiative
