An exciting opportunity exists to play a lead role in the future success of our Botany team within Key Assets' Australia.

As a Team Manager your role is to drive the provision of high quality and culturally safe family support service.

You will play a leading role in service delivery and practice to ensure that high quality services are received by children and young people in our care.

You will be part of a very welcoming, professional and dedicated team.

You will have
- a recognised tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Human Services or other relevant discipline
- at least 3 years' experience working in the disability sector, with significant experience working with children and young people.
- strong networking skills to enable you to raise the profile of Key Assets Australia within the Foster Care sector
- management and leadership skills
- experience working in collaboration with other professionals in child protection, health, disability, education and/or children and families services.

  • Experience of business development and growing a Foster Care service is preferable.

About you:


Our ideal applicant will hold a qualification in in Social Work, Human Services or other relevant discipline or related field or 3+ years' experience in a similar role.

Experience working in the public sector or social care system will be highly regarded.

A comprehensive working knowledge of Family Support and Wellbeing will also be expected.
