The Company

Lotus People are thrilled to be partnering with this luxury retail brand in finding a People Operations Specialist to join their collaborative team The company boasts a collaborative and fantastic team culture with offices based in Sydney.

About the role
We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative HR team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting data-driven decision-making by providing insights and analysis to the team.

You will also help coordinate compliance efforts, benefits administration, and rewards.

You will play a key role in supporting data driven decision making through the provision of key metrics, analysis and insights.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in retail apart of a remuneration and benefits role.

Having previous experience in gathering market data and working with awards will see you excel in this role.

Duties

HR Budgeting and Reporting
ANZ
Workforce planning
Rewards including coordinating compensation reviews, and coaching stakeholders on Performance and Benefits
HR Compliance and WHS
Support and coach stakeholders on people systems (Workday) and manage data
Coordinate leave management and coach stakeholders on

Experience

Experience with a generalist, compensations and benefits or remuneration HR position, with retail experience being advantageous
Strong Excel experience
