This company are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their collaborative and warm HR Team.

THE ROLE
The Human Resources BP will consult and advise on HR related matters and manage the industrial relations process. This role will report into the HR Manager who values coaching and development.

As the HR BP you will be involved in reviewing procedures, strategising and positively helping to improve process as the company grows.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either a HR Advisor who is ready for the next step or an experienced HR BP to join a growing company with further room to develop and grow.


Duties

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and off boarding for Team Leaders and Support Office roles
  • Provide advice, support and assistance across the HR function to stakeholders
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to the wider team
  • Facilitate and manage industrial relations processes and investigations
  • Approve and monitor Team Building and Team Bonding activities
  • Facilitate the Reward and Recognition program

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Experience working as a HR Advisor or HR BP within a NFP or similar organisation desirable
  • Knowledge of the Schauds award is highly advantageous however having a strong understanding of awards is necessary
  • Experience in employee relations and industrial relations
  • Experience in coaching and mentor employees/stakeholders
  • Experience working within a smalltomedium sized business highly desirable
