Salary from $76,548 up to $83,701 per annum plus Superannuation

About the position:


The City Strategy, Environment Planning team is currently seeking an experienced administration professional to provide administrative support to their cohesive and energised team.


You will work closely with technical officers to provide administrative support to progress their projects, including: preparing for meetings, taking minutes, booking venues and meetings, reviewing correspondence, documentation and presentations, electronic record keeping and field work under the direction of technical staff.


What do you need to be successful?

  • Proficiency using a variety of Computer software programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven recent experience in a similar administration position
  • Motivated selfstarter with a can do attitude, willing and capable to undertake field activities under the guidance of technical staff
  • High level of time management and customer service skills
