Tasks & Responsibilities

Coordinate the recruitment process for assigned roles
Ensure the required documentation and information is inputted into Centurion Connect and the required documentation is saved on relevant HR files
Communicate regularly and maintain relationships with talent pools
Maintain Position Description Library to ensure they are up to date
Regularly review the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process and initiatives, and recommend/develop improvements
Assist the HR team with updating and maintaining relevant policies and procedures
Adhoc recruitment and human resources administration tasks, as requested

Who we are looking for

Excellent written, verbal and organisation skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously as well as being able to contribute positively to a collaborative team
Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret and produce statistical information as well as the capacity to identify and resolve problems
