    Title:

    Project Support Officer

    The Company

    Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR) is a leading Defence and Government professional services provider. KBR Australia has been engaged in working with Defence and Defence Industry for over 20 years and has core competencies in program and project management, engineering, asset management, integrated logistics support, procurement, and training solutions, and provides in-depth expertise to a wide range of projects within the Defence sector.

    The Role

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Support Officer to join a dynamic team of professionals in a growing defence environment. As project support, you will be working under general supervision to plan, organise, coordinate, and control engineering projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

    Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

    • 4+ years' experience in Project Management or Support roles within CASG/ADF or Defence
    • Tertiary qualification in project management or engineering (desirable)
    • Experience managing large Defence contracts across acquisition (desirable)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in relating project/program advice to various business areas
    • Have an active NV1 clearance, or the ability to obtain one
    • Must be an Australian citizen

    This is a 6 month client engagement with potential to be extended commencing from 1 July 2024
