- Improve JCTB ITSM processes and procedures.
- Provide leadership support if necessary and ensure team compliance with ITSM Policy.
- Report regularly on JCTB ITSM status, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Security, Change, and Incident.
- Coordinate ITSM tasks and communicate instructions through Ticketing & Scheduling.
- Review network content for ITSM relevance, translate for technical audiences, and brief leadership.
- Engage with Service Providers on ITSM processes and policies.
- Monitor ITSM risks and issues, make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Manage end user communications including service interruptions and Service Advisory Notifications (SANs).
- Provide expert advice on process matters and contribute to IT Services Management document suite.
- Review and advise on necessary content updates.
