IT Service Manager. You will play an essential role by leading Major Incidents and Change Management events according to ITIL policies. The
successful experienced
IT Service Manager will be offered an **initial
12 month contract with extension options.**The successful
IT Service Manager will be responsible for the below:
- Responsible for the prioritisation of problems with business and Department's Enterprise ICT input.
- Developing and maintaining a set of Service Management practices and principles based on the ITIL.
- Contributing to the proper management of IT systems, including working with all areas of the IT function to ensure appropriate practices are in place and adhered to.
- Assisting with the coordination of adhoc BAU business requests.
IT Service Manager will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience with managing services in an ITIL and Agile context
- Experience with Release Management for ICT services and change management.
- Experience to document process and governance artifacts such as workflows and design documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
