    Redpath Partners are currently partnering with a prominent Property developer operating under an Investment platform in Sydney. The company has upcoming projects valued at up to 300 million.

    • Role Overview: As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will have a pivotal role in supervising the planning, execution, and completion of development projects. Working closely with diverse teams, your main responsibilities will be to ensure projects are completed timely, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards. Your proactiveness, strong leadership qualities, and keen attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of the projects.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • - Lead project planning and development, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
    • - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently
    • - Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to meet project milestones
    • - Identify and address risks, implementing solutions to overcome challenges
    • - Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders regularly
    • - Cultivate a collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and accountability
    • - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
    • The ideal candidate:
    • - Background in head contractor/developer builder roles
    • - 5-8 years of experience in Contract Administration in property development
    • - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
    • - In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
    • - Strong communication, negotiation, and problems-solving abilities
    • - Proficient in project management software
