JUNIOR ASSOCIATE- LOAN ADMINISTRATOR―
PROJECT FINANCE
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the world's largest institutional investors as a Junior Associate - Loan Administrator in the Project Finance team.
With a strong presence through overseas branches in New York City, London, Tokyo and other parts of world, you will have the chance to be a part of a dynamic and expanding team, gaining invaluable experience in managing Project Finance for large-scale infrastructure projects.
We are looking for someone who has a few years work experience in banking, finance, and other industry. Ideally someone who has Japanese language skill or experience of working at Japanese companies before.Key Highlights:

- Duration: 1st September 2023 to 31st May 2024.
- Loan Administrator, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Manager and provide operational support for Project and Asset Finance loanrelated trading.
- Your role will involve ensuring precise and efficient document and data processing, as well as the execution of transactions.
- While prior Loan administration experience is not mandatory, proficiency in English and Excel (Vlookup level) is essential.
- A teamoriented approach is highly valued, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Loan Administration & Loan Execution
- Prepare loan administrative documents including data entry, verification, review of Loan Ringi and other Loan files under the supervision of the senior members
- Manage loan executions in communication with loan agent banks and other parties concerned under the supervision of the senior members
- Prepare remittance instructions under the supervision of the senior members.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for regulatory authorities, parent company and other parties concerned under the supervision of the senior members.
- Arrange AML/CTF and other compliance related documents under the supervision of the compliance officer.
- Support and backup other members of the company including other departments.
- Make draft of changes to procedures and manuals of OP department.
- Other duties as the Company may reasonably direct you to perform.
Qualifications:
- Unlimited work rights between 1st September 2023 and 31st May 202
- Previous work experience in a large company, such as a bank, finance institution, or Japanese corporation.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup skills.
- Teamworkoriented and friendly demeanor.
- Some Japanese language is ideal but this is not mandatory
