Now seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the existing TA team, you will work to ensure the TA team provides a strong recruitment service across predominantly the corporate services portfolio.

Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, you will:

Lead, coach and develop the talent acquisition consultants and specialists within the team.
Identify areas of improvement throughout the recruitment process, introducing any changes to ensure a smooth recruitment process for hiring managers.
Create talent pipelines in line with future role forecasts.
Work across the full recruitment process for senior level, or tough to fill positions.
Project manage recruitment projects as and when required.

To be successful within the role you will bring:

Experience working within a similar senior TA Lead or TA Manager position.
Corporate or head office recruitment experience.
Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside of the box when it comes to talent acquisition and sourcing.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence.
Prior experience managing a small team.
