About the role
We have a 12-month opportunity for an experienced Officer within the Customer Financial Solutions, Credit Operations team.
Our Credit Operations team are primarily responsible for recovering debt from customers who refuse to pay or neglect to pay.

We will provide you with full leadership support, mentoring/coaching and most of all a great team to work with, to assist you to succeed.
What the role will involve
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers, both internal and external
- Negotiating payment arrangements and lump sum payments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and organisational skills
- Ability to prepare correspondence, investigate and analyse data
- You are a problem solver who likes to take ownership
- You want to develop your skills across a wide variety of areas within credit
- Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office software
- Managing accounts through the recovery, restriction, and legal cycles
Key skills and experience
- A "cando" attitude with a "think outside the box" mentality
- Ability to work autonomously and display proactivity
- You can connect with your customers in a way that makes them feel comfortable to share openly
- You demonstrate empathy for your customer's situation You have an understanding of the magistrate's court process, along with some legal knowledge
- You understand all products and services available
- Have an appreciation of balancing the needs of the customer with the needs of our business
