The diverse and talented staff in the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) play a central role in achieving ECU's vision, and in designing and implementing future oriented teaching and learning strategies.

With its base at the Joondalup Campus, the CLT delivers a comprehensive suite of services and programmes on campus and online that promote high quality learning and teaching outcomes for students and academic staff.

The CLT's Teaching Quality team supports the development of excellence in teaching at ECU by working collaboratively with individuals, course teaching teams and whole Schools.

The Role

Key
Undergraduate degree or higher qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or related area

Ability to analyse staff requirements, map those requirements to existing tools and services, and to deliver well-designed and effective solutions to those academic staff

Willingness and commitment to learn and adopt various technologies to enhance the teaching and learning experience and to directly support staff in their use

Significant experience in developing high quality digital tools, templates, and resources to support good pedagogical practice in higher education

Experience with supporting staff integrating ePortfolios into curriculum (PebblePad desirable)


You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, fixed-term position attracts a remuneration of $93,378 to $104,628 per annum, plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
