About the role:

As a
Boutique Operations Coordinator for our
Emporium Boutique, this position will support the Boutique and Online client to create an exceptional experience by maintaining accurate inventory and monitoring store supplies.

This role will:

Be a Scanlan Theodore brand ambassador in all areas and lead by example
Ensure all online orders that are allocated to the boutique are fulfilled accurately and efficiently in line with ST standards
Manage preparation of stock in the lead up to a new collection or when replenishment is received
Collaborate with Head Office teams by maintaining physical stock, delivery, and transfer processes (both in and out) of the boutique for new deliveries, consolidations and recalls
Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations administration
Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising
Team player, establishing workable and effective relationships with all colleagues
Ability to work under pressure, responsible, is highly organised, uses initiative and works proactively

About you:

Strong Experience in a similar position
High attention to detail
Passionate about being organised and have the ability to process all relevant paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries
Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
High affinity for luxury products
Availability across Monday to Friday
