This unique business requires new team members as Customer Success Specialists to have a focus on welcoming, converting and onboarding new business from warm client enquires.

Your ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and work well within a team will be highly regarded.

The role:

  • Managing inbound and outbound warm enquiries from new business to ensure positive and fast service to conversion
  • Pipeline management of warm leads from discovery through consultation to onboarding as a new customer
  • Working efficiently to prioritise inbound enquiries and outbound sales
  • Thinking about process improvements and smart ways to work efficiently for this busy startup to ensure success
  • Managing all calls and actions through CRM system
  • Creative problem solving the tricky questions and tough problems to ensure expectations are being exceeded for the customer
  • Working autonomously within a small, smart team
  • Occasional regional travel will be required and potential to visit the international HQ
  • Hosting inperson events

What you bring:

  • You will have customer centric experience with a keen eye for detail to ensure customers satisfaction
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills both internal and external
  • Ability to think outside the box and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Clear and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • You will demonstrate the ability to work within a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Natural problem solver to identify problems and develop logical solutions
