In the role of Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and compliance within the disability sector.

About the role:

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance framework and strategies to support the delivery of highquality services within the disability sector.
Lead the design and implementation of quality management systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to assess and monitor service delivery against established quality standards.
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing service effectiveness, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

About you:

You will have proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related role within the disability sector or a similar field.
You will have sound knowledge of disability service standards, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
You will have strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies.
You will have experience in conducting audits, inspections, and evaluations to assess service quality and compliance.
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
You will be proficient in using relevant software and systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
