Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage in multiple Fulltime APS4 3P Support Officers for a 12 month assignment with potential extension in Adelaide CBD.

About the Team

The NDIA has established the 3P Transition Branch to prepare Service Delivery to transition successfully from current processes using SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management), to 3P service model and use of PACE.

The 3P Transition Operational Readiness Team, focus on ensuring the business and staff are ready for 3P transition.

They oversee the alignment of our People, Processes, and Platforms, ensuring Service Delivery is ready to operate in the new environment.

They work closely with leadership across service delivery to confirm that readiness activities are completed and act as a conduit to bridge gaps in readiness.

Our Operational Readiness Team confirms alignment and readiness, making sure the 3P transition enhances our operations, not hinder them.
The 3P Transition Service Delivery Transition Team manage our critical data and systems transition from SAP to PACE. This team ensure that data integrity is maintained during transition as well as managing cutover plans across Service Delivery. They ensure a smooth transition with mínimal interruption to our operations and services.


About the Role

The position will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

The APS4 3P Support Officer may have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries.


Key skills required for role/s:


  • Good understanding and experience using variety of systems/ digital platforms
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in virtual team environment.

Desirable skills to have for the role/s:

  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders (from team)
  • Data entry experience

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Providing advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
  • Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
  • Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects.
  • Managing, collating, interpreting and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
  • Undertaking project activities including related administrative tasks and functions.
It is highly desirable that the successful applicant understand or lived experience in the field of disability.
