The Role:
The Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 & 3 technical analysis through multiple contact methods and tasks.
- Triage incidents or tickets and assign them to appropriate stakeholders.
- Contribute to the software quality assurance and testing activities to ensure delivery of quality systems to clients.
Experience & Prerequisites:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Support Analyst or an Applications Support Analyst.
- Experience in Atlassian products is essential.
- Experience in creating architectural diagrams (system diagram) is essential.
- Prior Government Sector experience would be ideal.
