Unique opportunity to lead clinical operational readiness for the major redevelopment at Frankston Hospital:


  • Leadership position reporting to Senior Project Manager Redevelopment with a clinical report to the Executive Director, Operations:

What You Will Be Doing

What You Need
You will be an experienced clinician with leadership experience and an ability to build trusted relationships with multi-disciplinary teams. You will be an excellent communicator and have a hands-on "can do" mindset.

You will possess excellent attention to detail, strong written skills and be comfortable achieving deadlines within a fast paced environment.


We anticipate you will have:

  • Clinical qualification such as AHPRA registered nurse, Allied Health Professional or demonstrated experience within a complex health system
  • Experience in providing leadership, support and supervision to clinical teams
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of models of care and implementing process improvements
  • High level written and verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritise work, complete tasks, report progress and operate effectively in a demanding environment
  • Ability to form relationships with people, by quickly and easily establishing rapport
