What You Will Be Doing

What You Need
You will be an experienced clinician with leadership experience and an ability to build trusted relationships with multi-disciplinary teams. You will be an excellent communicator and have a hands-on "can do" mindset.

You will possess excellent attention to detail, strong written skills and be comfortable achieving deadlines within a fast paced environment.

We anticipate you will have:

Clinical qualification such as AHPRA registered nurse, Allied Health Professional or demonstrated experience within a complex health system
Experience in providing leadership, support and supervision to clinical teams
Demonstrated experience in the development of models of care and implementing process improvements
High level written and verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy
Ability to prioritise work, complete tasks, report progress and operate effectively in a demanding environment
Ability to form relationships with people, by quickly and easily establishing rapport
