Your New Role

  • Coordinate drivers ensuring prestart checks are carried out and drivers depart the depot on schedule
  • Provide relief on runs on any system as required
  • Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
  • Perform loading and unloading duties of waste as required
  • Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required

Essential skills and experience

  • Heavy Rigid (HR) (AUS) or Class 4 (NZ) Licence as a minimum
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership/team work capabilities
  • Computer skills in MS office and operational databases desirable
  • Experience within the waste and/or transport industry desirable
  • Mechanical aptitude
