    Description

    Amazing opportunity to join this fast-growing high-end Cosmetic Medicine business in their flagship Head clinic based in Newtown.

    With up to 150 patients a day and around 20 staff this role will require an experienced hand with strong leadership and people management experience to ensure a world-class patient experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage this high-performing team to ensure high levels of motivation and career growth

    Ensure all team members are aware of company values and objectives to ensure a 'one team' environment

    Reporting to the Head of Operations to manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure operational excellence across all areas

    Work closely with both sales and marketing teams to meet company growth targets

    Ensure the customers all receive a positive and memorable experience

    Candidates MUST have:

    Proven experience in leading teams and have managed a role of similar responsibility

    Extremely high level of EQ and strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire high-performance

    A high level of passion for the industry and a desire to ensure the customer experience is not only exceptional but also consistent

    Have a highly developed understanding of the customer journey, treatments and products

    Ability to manage multiple projects and have a high level of initiative

    Understand all the financial aspects of running a clinic
