    Description

    An Australian organisation is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. They have recently implemented Salesforce and are looking for an inhouse Salesforce Administrator/Analyst with a broader Salesforce understanding and good stakeholder engagement skills who can help implement best practices, work through project pipelines and provide support.

    The position is based in Macquarie Park and at least at the beginning this will be a hybrid position with 2 – 3 days in the office.

    Interviews can be arranged on short notice and this role has an immediate start if possible. 4 week notice period is also considered.

    Skills and experience

    • Roughly 3 - 4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
    • Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
    • Experience with technical declarative tools incl. creating flows is highly regarded
    • Ability to produce quality documentation (system documentation, training manuals)
    • Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) will be beneficial but is not mandatory
    • Ability to recommend Salesforce best practices, system improvements and analyse overall efficiency of the platform
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills – You are primarily supporting clinicians and other office staff. It is imperative you are able to connect and build rapport, truly understand the need and are able to effectively communication solutions
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator - Ideally combined with Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud or App Builder certification. Not mandatory
